All the products we process are carefully packaged using either cryo-vac or shrink-wrap bags, preserving freshness and flavor.
Your input matters: We follow your intake preferences when packaging your final products. If you wish to modify your packaging choices, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

Our labels are designed to meet regulatory requirements and include essential information such as safe handling instructions, USDA Inspection bug, processed by Steadfast Farms Poultry Processing & Slaughter, Lot Number, and net weight.
Choose from our selection of Simple and Branded Labels, including options for Veteran Owned Businesses. We use top-quality water-resistant labels that will meet your labeling needs with ease.

For a more personalized touch, consider our Branded Label Option, which includes your Farm’s Name, Address, and a Black and White Logo if you provide one.

Returning Branded Label Customers: If you've previously purchased a Branded Label at its full price, you'll now enjoy a discounted rate, equivalent to our Simple Label price, for all subsequent Branded Label orders. The discount will be clearly shown on your invoice. The increased price of the Branded Label for first-time orders is a reflection of the effort invested in creating your unique label.
Orders with Joint Cuts, which require additional labels, will have an increased label fee due to the higher amount of labels used.
It's important to note that we must label your poultry product per regulations, even if you're not reselling it, and it's for personal use.
If you've secured USDA-LSAS approval and wish to include additional labels with product claims (e.g., Pasture-Raised, Certified Organic), these labels must be approved by the USDA before slaughter.
The approval process can take up to 6 weeks, so plan accordingly.
